A fine example of a late 70's Gibson banjo. There are a few upgrades worth mentioning on this model. The original tuners have been replaced with Keith D tuners. It has been upgraded with a Gary Sosebee compensated bridge. Two of the set screws on the resonator have also been replaced. As pictured above, there are 5 banjo spikes installed. There is some surface scratching and light dings throughout the entire resonator. The neck itself is in pretty good shape. There is some light discoloration on the first two frets but the frets themselves do not need replaced or a crown and level. There is some wear on them but nothing to serious. It will ship in a period correct case that we believe to be the original.
