Up for your consideration is the group photo from the 1992 Tennessee Banjo Institute. Taken on November 7, 1992 at the Cedars of Lebanon State Park in Lebanon, Tennessee. It`s dimensions are 8 inches by 48 inches. The photo is black& white and in very, very good condition. It was never framed, just coiled up with a rubber band, sitting in a cabinet for the last 27+ years. Taken in a time delay panoramic mode, it allowed Bela Fleck and Pete Seeger to be captured at the start and then run to the other end for a double photo appearance.

Notable banjo faces in the crowd include.... Bela Fleck, Pete Seeger, Mike Seeger, John Cohen, Butch Robbins, Curtis McPeake, Don Stover,Tom Adams,Wynne Osbourne, Jack Hatfield, Wade Mainer, John Hartford, Doug Dillard. John McEuen, Tony Trishka, Pete Wernick, Bill Evans, Greg Deering, Tony Ellis. Ken Perlman, David Holt, Carroll Best, Eric Weisberg, Bill Keith, Mark Schatz, Alan Obryant, Cody Kilby, Josh Williams, Joe Drumwright and hundreds of other banjo stylists/ players representing old time, clawhammer, classical, 3 finger and all possible genres. I apologize to the old time crowd for not recognizing the greats that are in this photo. I`m sure there are plenty of Banjo Hangout gray beards in this pic as well. It may very well be one of the largest collection of professional and
amatuer banjo players from all styles captured in a moment of time in existence.

Although the term,...`rare'... is tossed around to sell most anything nowadays , I do believe this photo is unique and a piece of modern banjo history. The ultimate, banjo picking, man cave ornament.

Included with this photo is 6 other pieces of memorabilia to include the concert program, wall poster, schedule, official program and banjo meltdown program.

Tom Adler has a 41 second video of this photo on youtube if you search for ,,,1992 Tennessee Banjo Institute. I believe the National Archives have it on their website as well.

I`ve decided to let someone else enjoy and appreciate it. It`s really cool but something that would probably get tossed out or boxed up when I depart this world.

Thanks for Looking! PM any questions.
