This is a 1920”s Bacon Style B pot with a Wayne Sagmoen Bacon style conversion neck. The neck has a radiused fingerboard with a tunneled 5th string – very comfortable to play.
The pot is an 11”, the neck has a 1 3/16” nut and 25 ¼” scale. The tuners are Gotoh and a TKL case is included.
Two bridges are included – the original bridge by Jim DeCava and the second by Bart Veerman.
NOTE – I bought this banjo in 2011 from a fellow BHO member who pointed out that the neck had a slight twist. He said the luthier he used to setup the banjo mentioned that the neck presented no issues in terms of stability or playability. In the 7 years I have had it the neck has remained the same.
