This is just about the coolest thing without strings that I've come across lately. I've marked this as in excellent condition as it is hard to imagine a case surviving 80+ years in any better shape than this one. This is a prewar 5-string resonator banjo case. Interior diameter is 13 3/4", so it will fit prewar gibson resonators, and the interior height is about 4" at the edges. The exterior is covered in brown alligator print tolex, which is overall in great shape, barring some wear around the edges, and the interior is lined with brown velvet. All Eagle Lock Company latches work well, and it even still locks and unlocks with the original key! I can't say for certain if the handle is original, but it is still strong and matches well, showing a level of mild wear from use commensurate with the rest of the case.
