I came up with this bracket for kicking your banjo back while standing. It lets you see your fingerboard markers , lets you hear your banjo better, and keeps your right hand angle closer to the angle as sitting . May need to adjust yor strap to make it work for you. look at photos to see how I have mine. It folds flat to your banjo when not in use. I hand make these out of brass or copper and nickel plate them for a nice finished look. You take your second bracket from the neck off and slide bracket on and cut small piece of tubing and slide it on to space it and to keep it from rubbing on your flange. First photo of banjo taken standing without using bracket second photo with using bracket.
