This would be great as the starting point for a quality budget build project. A quality vintage rim that's already drilled, bound, and has the tone ring fitted. This is an original Vega Little Wonder rim from the 1930's (stained brown like earlier Style N rims, but drilled for 28 shoes). It has a 10 15/16" diameter, with a little wonder style tone ring and the matching original dowel stick. There is some cosmetic wear to the rim and tone ring in the form of some dings and scratches, but structurally everything is in good shape.
