When I got this banjo, it had only ten frets set in whole steps rather than half steps. I had a new fretboard with the proper amount of frets put on by a luthier. It has a closed back cast aluminum pot that is all one piece. It has a slotted headstock with nice wood inlays. The tuners are in working order. The action is good and the neck is straight. It is quite loud. Ready to play. It has a calf skin head on it that is in good condition. It is missing a lug and hook and due to the way it was constructed, those will have to be replaced when the head is. The last photo is a a different banjo from the same company as an example of what the old fretboard looked like. 400 or best offer. Local pickup O.K.
