Here is a nice old 1888 Fairbanks & Cole 5 String banjo. Matching Serial # 8698 on both the dowel and the inside of the rim. (.. and as a bonus.. if you read the serial number upside down.. it is the same number!!) Has all the original, matching, hard to find hooks/nuts & shoes. Nice low action, very easy to play up the neck. Set up with nylagut strings. Pot size is 10-1/2 ", Scale Length is 25". Plays and sound GREAT!!!
