I'm super excited to offer this old Gibson. I acquired this tenor a while back and decided to convert it to a 5-string. Serial #7-5709-91 puts this banjo at 1957. The pot is all original and un-altered retaining the original 4-hole archtop tone ring. The armrest was repaired at some point and is structurally fine. The neck is an Eric Sullivan/First Quality mahogany neck (who supplied necks to Gibson for years in the first place). I had Robin Smith do the finish work on the neck to match the usual sunburst of these banjos and it turned out great. The 5th string spikes are at 7th and 8th frets and it ships in a new Superior case. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
