Here's a nice one-piece-flange TB-1 with four resonator lugs as seen on the Mastertone models. There is no armrest and, like most four-lug style 1 banjos, this one was probably shipped without one. It also features the unusual "Nick Lucas" inlay pattern used only on a couple of lots of TB-1s. Everything is original with the exception of a missing tailpiece cover. There is a minor bulging out of the resonator veneer at about 5:00 as you face the banjo, but it doesn't show up in the photos. The rim is very round. The nut has had extra string slots filed and the action as a tenor is unplayably low, but of course for conversion purposes that's all irrelevant.
