Here is a very RARE John Henry Parker 5 string banjo. It is in amazing condition, considering the age. All the Fairbanks/Cole hooks & nuts all match, the original celluloid tuners all work great, neck is straight, and the action is exactly how it originally was from new (level neck + pot) I think there must have been a connection to Fairbanks/Cole, with the boat heel, and hardware. Plays and sounds great! Set up with Nylagut strings. Scale is 24-1/2", head is 10-5/8", with the old Calf skin head.
(There is an article on John Parkers work in the Fretboard Journal) can just google it..
