This is a 1979 ODE style C banjo. It belonged to my father. I've kept it for many years but realize it's time to let someone else play her. It's been kept in the hard case just as my Father left it 25 years ago. As you can see, there is some Flat and Scruggs printed material in the case along with variety of picks and tools. Feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures.

Additional return policy details: When placing this ad I noticed the administrators at Banjo Hangout noted that only a small percentage of items are returned. The sentimental value of this banjo is priceless to me. It was my fathers. He taught himself to play by playing on an old Gibson and listening to reel-to-reel tape recordings of the Flat and Scruggs "Grand Ole Opry Shows." Therefore I do not want to ship this to a "looker" I want to make sure you truly want the banjo. I am willing to send as many pictures and videos as needed so you are absolutely certain this banjo is structurally solid and has a great tone.
