I'm selling a Ditson "Victory" banjo-mandolin for a friend. The 9 7/8" pot has a tone ring similar to the Vega Little Wonder (partial metal skirt outside pot enclosing a metal tone ring) . Scale is 14", overall length 22 3/4", and the action at the octave is 5/32". It's strung with GHS strings and it comes with a nice soft case. It has a nice vintage bridge and a nice hide head. Ditson didn't make instruments but was a retailer. They sold a lot of instruments that were made by Vega but which were tagged "Ditson".... I suspect this banjo-mando was made by Vega. Overall, it's in very nice original shape.
