This conversion was just completed by Arthur Hatfield. This was originally a Gibson TB-100 F.O.N. 7-5714-34 (1957). The pot is all original with the exception of the original pot metal tension hoop which has been replaced with a Prucha hoop. BUT the original tenor hoop comes with the banjo. Arthur installed a Hatfield 20-hole flat head tone ring and installed longer L-brackets to raise the pot out of the resonator a bit and the original L-brackets and screws are in the case as well. The Hatfield mahogany neck is new and has the Granada hearts & flowers inlay pattern with no inlay at the 1st and 15th frets. 5th string spikes have been installed at the 7th and 9th fret and it ships in a new hard shell case.
