This is a brand new Deering Good Time Open Back Banjo. We include the official Deering Heavy Padded Gig Bag case with Back Pack Shoulder Straps and the correct size Deering head wrench for tightening the head. Also included is the Beginning the Five String Banjo Book by Ross Nickerson with DVD and two CDs. Banjo Set-up and Shipping is free.
For an additional $25 you can a startup package that includes a Banjo Strap, Set of Picks, an Electronic Tuner and an extra Set of Strings.
This American made beginner banjo is easy to learn on and reasonably priced. The Good Time banjo is very light which makes learning easier at first. It stays in tune and has an amazing tone that is bright but not harsh. The tone is a pleasing mellow tone which will encourage you to practice and they feel good in your hands.
