This is a Top Tension style 7 copy made by John Hamlett out of VA. Banjo built to prewar specs. As with all top tensions, radiused fretboard (12in radius) and solid hand carved resonator. Waverly tuners 1-4 and Gotoh 5 (purchased a matching 5 string ivoriod peg from Smakula). This banjo has a TT mute that Bob Fults built for me over the last few months. Comes with like new hard shell case, TT wrench, and hand drill/tap for retapping flange if needed. I can post a video or sound clip in the next day or so. This banjo is an absolute canon but I really have the itch for a Yates. Let me know if you have questions. Additional pics by request.
Selling to fund Yates or pay down some student loans.... Prefer the former but 'should' apply funds to the latter...
