Hi, and Thanks for looking at my ad for the Custom Made Big Foot "Clawhammer Special" Banjo Bridge.
I've had a few customers wanting me to make this bridge for them after trying the Clawhammer Special Spillway Dam Bridge with the raised 5th string, and also the Big Foot Bridge. They have been pleased with them, and ordered more, so I figured it was about time to list them here on the Hangout.
They were wanting the sound of the Big Foot Bridge, along with the advantage of the raised 5th String, and said it was the "Perfect Clawhammer Banjo Bridge", their words, not mine. I don't play Clawhammer, but know they do sound good 3 Finger, Scruggs Style too.
I thought when I built the first Clawhammer Special Spillway Dam Bridge, and put it on my test banjo, it would be akward to play, but was surprised that I couldn't tell much difference, and maybe even helped a little.
I can build them in most any height, and string spacing you need, along with 4, 5, or 6 String Styles.
