I am trying to recover materials and labor expenses on a repro RB-3 neck which was never picked up from the shop by the prospective buyer.
The shop did the ground work on the neck: truss rod, rough shaping, inlay, tuner holes.
The prospective buyer then did the peg head shaping(which needs some refinement); heel shaping(which isn't bad). Not sure why the heel cap was done this way.
The shop also did a stainless steel fret job. Heel profile is not yet done, so it could be OPF, TPF.
A little more refinement and finishing and this neck would be ready to install.
