Very good sounding Gibson RB-100 Banjo.
Original 1962 pot with full thickness brown rim, coupled with an early 1950s RB100 neck which is the smaller profile neck shape which plays and feels really nice!
Had original Elton tuners, new American banjo Co. head .
Came with original Elton tailpiece which I have replaced with Presto.
Banjo original came with smaller hoop to make it an archtop, (which I will include with banjo) , but I replaced the tone hoop with a 1920s 11” OD tone hoop to make it a flathead.
This is a very good sounding lightweight RB100, as the wood rim and resonator being “old wood” as well as the early 50s mahogany neck.
If someone would like rim cut to fit tone ring of their choice I will do that as well for cost of ring and labor to cut rim.
As with everything I sell, I give a 24 hr approval.
If not totally satisfied with this banjo, just send back to me in like condition and I will refund your money minus shipping costs.
