Used Presto Tailpiece has some scratches and does not have the connection srew for the rim.
The flange is a steel chrome plated flat flange that is in pretty good condition. Has a few scratches but looks nice. Flange is for tube&plate or bracket shoes. Parts need to be cleaned.
