RALPH STANLEY'S FAVORITE BANJO TO PULL OUT ON THE TOUR BUS. EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS SUPERB SOUNDING LUDWIG 5 STRING CONVERSION BELONGED TO RALPH STANLEY. Ralph said it was his favorite banjo to pull out and play on his tour bus. He loved the neck and he loved the tone. It certainly delivers the Ralph Stanley signature tone. completely set up to Ralph's specs. It is an All Original Ludwig Capitol Tenor Pot with a Frank Neat 5 String Custom 7 Piece Walnut Neck, that is hands down the Very Best Bluegrass Banjo Neck, I have ever played. The Tail Piece and Tuners are original to the Ludwig Capitol Tenor. I have attached pictures of Ralph playing the banjo along with receipts for the original purchase price of the banjo, signed, Dr. Ralph Stanley, Sept. 14, 2007. I am the third owner of the banjo. The second owner bought it directly from Ralph for $4,200. It comes in a new HSC and I have priced it well below the amount Ralph sold it for. (Ain't no one can sell better than Ralph)
