This is a new stage four First Quality neck, mahogany, style 3 inlays, double-cut peghead, heel machined for a tube and plate flange.
Binding is in place ( one small splice, underside, end of neck).
Holes are drilled for position dots.
Shaping of the hand stop, heel, and shaft of the neck is done within the limits of what feels good to me.
Bandsaw marks 99% removed from First Quality's shaping of the peghead.
A couple of minor places to be filled in the fingerboard from the fret slotting process.
Holes drilled for tuning machines.
YET TO BE DONE:
Nut, fifth string nut, heel cap, frets, fill position dots, trim binding ends, lag bolts, final sand, fill, stain, finish.
I hope I have covered all of the topics about this neck. Please call if you have other questions.
