Hello banjo playing friends-

I believe the original 2-CD set by the Reiner Family Band, and also volume 2, will be of interest to many Banjo Hangout players, and am posting this with Eric Schlange's permission. Some of you may play fiddle, but many if not most of you play with fiddlers.

The full title is: "52 Traditional Tunes from Fiddle Hell: Played Fast and Slow" and there are 104 tracks of fiddle tunes across various styles. These are the common tunes that we play often at Fiddle Hell Massachusetts (next one is Nov. 1-4, 2018, in Westford, MA). Each tune is played up-to-speed with backup and also slowly on just fiddle alone. There's a tune for every week of the year! This is a chance to learn or play along with a lot of great fiddle tunes, fast or slow.

We also have volume 2 now, with 54 new tunes (108 tracks!), available now. See the track listings below.

Either 2-CD set can be ordered for $15 (postpaid in the US) from Digital MP3 downloads are available at CDBaby at for $11.99 (or $0.99 per track) for the Original 52. They'll have the New 52 soon. CDBaby can also handle international shipping of the CD.

I hope you'll enjoy the CDs, and look forward to seeing some of you at Fiddle Hell next year! Fiddle Hell Massachusetts is loosely sponsored by Fiddle Hangout, and we contribute some of the proceeds back to the Hangout every year.
