For sale is a 1924 Vega Whyte Laydie Plectrum. Vega plectrum open back banjo in good to very good (pot) condition. Very nice pearl engraving and heel carving. Twenty eight hooks, 10 15/16” pot with bracket band and Whyte Laydie tone ring. Whyte Laydie marquetry on the rim bottom. Engraved Vega flower pot headstock inlay, and engraved large six pointed Vega star on the reverse headstock side (backstrapped). Serial number 72122. With the exception of a few hooks with darker spots, all of the nickel plating and metal is in very good and clean condition. Original Vega case included.
