This is a 10 15/16" tension hoop for a Vega banjo. It has 28 notches for brackets. The hoop is round, not warped, and the plating is in good condition. It is used, but there is little sign of wear.
I was going to use this on a build, but my Tube-a-Phone ring is 11" and this won't quite fit over it, so I bought a grooved hoop. Now, I have this one that I don't need. If anyone needs a 28-bracket hoop, this one is in fine shape.
