1926 Gibson TB-1 as identified by “Spann’s Guide to Gibson: 1902-1941”. FON 8383-19 on rim and written in faded chalk inside the resonator. Banjo is remarkably well preserved with the expected lacquer checking. Resonator binding is intact. Missing one thumb screw and one j-hook. Genuine Kershner Lyon and Healy tailpiece. I bought this fine banjo intending to convert it to a five string but have lost interest. Excellent candidate for a conversion. Shipping available at cost. No returns. Happy to answer your questions or provide additional photos.
