Vintage 1920-1930 Calfskin banjo head with period artwork. If I remember correctly I removed this from Vegavox banjo about 40 years ago.
It has some cool artwork and signatures from what I would guess was from a banjo player that was popular with the ladies! Signed by Virginia,Ethel,Olga,Marie,Marge,Myrtle,Lillie,Syd,JD and a couple of others I can't read.
The most interesting signature was from Eddie Peabody reading "Smilingly Eddie Peabody".
