2019 Rickard Custom 11" Silver Bell for sale in great condition with upgraded Balch skin head and armrest.
This banjo was verified by Rickard customer service as being built in 2019 for Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville with serial number 0957. It is a short scale open back with with an 11" pot. I am unsure of the neck/pot wood due to it being darker than their standard maple, but it is either cherry or maple. This Rickard has the Silver Bell tone ring which is mellow but also has cutting level volume with a bell-like sustain. It has a John Balch hide head with a little thumb wear but otherwise in great playing condition.
No significant damage anywhere on the banjo but does have some brass patina (which could be cleaned up if desired). The strings were recently replaced with a new set of Pisgah Old Time Clawhammer medium strings so its ready to play. Strap not included. No case but banjo will be packed very well.
Even though returns are not specifically accepted, I will consider if equitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
