For sale is my Deering 30th anniversary resonator banjo good condition. The original had a Jens Kruger ring but it was removed at some point and I have installed a TN 20. I'm not sure if I have installed a short skirt on a long skirt rim or if the rim needs some "taken off the top". It is not something that has bothered me and from what I have seen through D. Bryant's skirt-less rings and Stellings wedge fit, does not affect ring's performance, but you can see it in one of the pics. This banjo plays and sounds super, has hand engraved MOP inlays, very light fret wear, and a Deering hard case in very good condition. The primary reason I don't consider it very good or higher is because of the de-finishing that has happened around the tuners and on the back of the resonator. The rest of it appears to be just fine and stable, not affecting anything with regard to playing or the tone. The original black truss rod cover will be included if someone wants to switch out the birds eye maple one that I installed. This is banjo number 25 out of the 30 total made to celebrate their 30th anniversary.
Thanks for looking and feel free to ask questions. Will consider a trade on early Gold Star or Davis mahogany banjos.
