Kel Kroydon KK-10 Conversion Banjo
This older conversion was put together by Rual Yarbrough. It has a Randy Wood straight grain maple neck. The tone ring is a nickel plated Richard Kulesh Sr. 20-hole flathead. Keith D-tuners included!
This banjo was built around 1980. As best I can tell, the rim, resonator, and the tailpiece are genuine 1930s era parts. The rest could be later production.
There's a good bit of checking on the back of the resonator, and some finish wear on the neck. There's a small piece of overlay missing on the tip of the peghead.
Great value for a conversion!
It comes shipped in a TKL case.
