For sale is my Sullivan Vintage 35 curly maple resonator banjo in very good to excellent condition. This banjo is extremely high quality, has great tone up and down the neck, and has some of the most beautiful curly maple I have seen in a banjo. All five tuners are Rickard that work well and the inlay is "fossilized ivory" which I had to look up to see what it was. I'll leave that to you to search. This banjo has very light fret wear and a couple of dings, one at the top, back of the peghead and one on the heel that likely came from the strap. It is not mint because it has been played but tended to very well and you can find a few light scratches on it. The previous owner had Eric Sullivan switch out the original Sullivan historic rim for one of their torified block rims which makes it more stable, lighter weight, and less apt to be affected by moisture changes. The original rim will be included in the sale as will a hard case in very good condition.
