This 1930's original 5-String RB-00 has undergone an extensive upgrade to Mastertone status. The neck was inlaid by David Foster to a wreath pattern with a fleur-de-lis in the peghead without fret board removal or overspray. Sullivan "pancake" tuners added. The original rim was the "thin" configuration and has been replaced with a 1929 Gibson F.O.N. 9270-32 rim from a 2-pc flange Style 3. The rim was refitted to fit the original 00 flange by Steve Huber and is fitted with a Ceres 20-hole tone ring. The balance of the hardware is Prewar Gibson. The original resonator has binding added on the front also at Huber Banjo's. If you have any questions or desire additional pictures, don't hesitate to ask.
