This 1929 Gibson Style 1 tenor has been converted to a 5-string with a Frank Neat mahogany neck. The neck features the Scruggs style hearts-&-flowers inlay pattern. The peghead shows a bit of marring from cheat-a -keys being installed at some point. 5th string spike are at 7, 8, 9, and 10 with the 6th being removed. The pot retains the original hardware with a post war Presto tailpiece along with the rim and resonator showing the F.O.N. 9545-32. A prototype Huber HR-30 is at the heart of this banjo as a 20-hole flathead. If you desire additional pictures of have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking!
