Beautiful 1997 Gibson Earl Scruggs banjo with Kulesh tone ring. This is also a 2 owner banjo and has been unplayed in the case for several years. I took it apart, polished all the metal and cleaned the fretboard. It has new unmarked remo high crown head, new strings and stellar set up. The action is 1/8 at the 12th fret and the neck is smooth to play. No dings or rough spots on the back of the neck. It has a Dotson Walnut bridge and really sounds amazing. It’s a very very loud banjo with a deep tone.
This banjo did have a sliding capo on it at some point but it is no longer there. Almost unnoticeable.
It will ship in the original “The Gibson” case.
