Ok, I have been talking enough on BH about Corian banjos and tone rings. Now you can try one and see what you think. This is 11" diameter, 1.25" tall. Note there is no skirt so as made, it is a bit taller on a conventional Gibson style pot. It weighs 1.1#.
You can sand it down or cut it to a lesser height if desired.
All this and a fancy finish!
I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
