A BHOer was kind enough to tell me that this type tuner was on Mastertones in the '70s (usually branded Gibson) and other brands. They have two line barrels, are offset with square button shafts, all of which you can see pictured. What you can't see is the wonderful overall condition, nor feel the smooth operation. The set should make someone very happy.
