Early 70's model because of the serial number stamped in the rim instead of the sticker label which was used later on when they were just Ode. The banjo has scratches, scuffs and the clear is worn in places. The Nickle finish is a little tarnished but can be polished up. It at one time had a 5th string sliding capo but was removed leaving the holes showing. The binding is cracked next to the same area. The neck shows the finish has been worn due to playing. Clear coat is peeling over the inlay on the peghead as well. Head tension set to 91 on drum dial. It does play and sound very good. Plenty of volume and POP on this one. action is good and so is the tone on this Baldwin. GOTOH tuners on 1 and 4 in pictures but with reduced price i will put the other GOTOH tuners on , RR spikes at 7,9,10. Frets are in good shape. No buzzing. Some wear on 1st few frets. Has a 5/8 Percell maple bridge, keith D tuners not includedin reduced price. It has the usual thin neck that will let you play fast . This banjo is walnut and comes with hard shell case. I got the banjo from Elderly instruments a few years ago .Honestly nice banjo. Thanks for looking. I just replaced the 1st, 4th and 5th string tuners with Gotoh's. The original tuners will come with banjo as well. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. OFFERS ARE WELCOME.
