Reproduction Maltese cross pegs and tailpiece by Mark Ralston
Obvious cosmetic repairs on face of peghead,second fret area and fifth peg.(see pics) Neck retains original finish.
Neck was scooped to retain the original fingerboard which was disintegrated in that area.
Both star inlays are replacements all the rest are original.
30 brackets of which 21 are original hooks and nuts. 9 sets are close replacement but nuts are a bit larger.
This is a lovely sounding banjo with a new goatskin head and Nylgut red strings.
