Gibson V-25 built in March of 1941. It's in great condition with a beautiful selection of Spruce and Bird's Eye Maple. There is no evidence of the Top of Back ever being removed. It has a great sound, and is great about staying in tune.
For the Gibson Collector, it is my understanding that Gibson only made these Fiddles 3 yrs, 1941-1943.
I am a Gibson Banjo player and thought I would try to play the fiddle; just not enough patience.
Has a Nice, non-original, Gibson labeled case. I bought an extra, Tall chin rest and a $160 new Fiddleman Bow. Has another good bow that also comes with it. New Strings on it, plus an extra set comes with it.
It also has a set of stick on Finger position markers for easy learning; they can be removed easily.
