Rare early 1920s American-made Conservatory (William Lange) Tenor Banjo. All original (including the hardshell case) except for bridge and clear head. In Very Good Condition (VGC) all around. Beautiful wood inlays on the back of the resonator. 19 fret rosewood fretboard (15-1/4”), ornate abalone inlays in great shape, original geared tuners, chrome plated brass tailpiece, 3-piece walnut-ebony-walnut neck, 1-1/8" bone top nut, walnut back resonator, shell 2-1/2" deep x 7/16" thick, maple/walnut inlay trim on resonator. All set up for 4 string play, but would also make a killer 5-string conversion if you are so inclined. $850 includes shipping to lower 48. Others pay actual shipping costs.
