This guitar came through the shop about a year ago. I've been playing it ever since but it's time for it to move on. The guy I purchased it from said that the neck and body are all Fender licensed and that he painted and assembled it. The pickguard appears to be bakelite.
The paint is nitro and the guy said it represents an early attempt for him, so its not perfect. There are a few dings here-and-there. It plays fine and has a chunky neck which I appreciate as I like to wrap my thumb when playing.
I have a hardshell "thermometer" style case that I will ship this with. I also have the ashtray cover if you want that as well. The switching is typical Esquire except for the forward position. Instead of the low pass filter for bass tone, this guitar is wired with the "cocked-wah".
