This mandolin is carved from solid spruce and solid maple. Great for bluegrass! Maple neck, body has satin finish, ebony bridge and parallel bracing carved from spruce. It is beautiful. Sharp fret ends were filed and polished, instrument has been deep cleaned and polished, fret board hydrated, frets have been buffed and all hardware has been tightened.
