I've got 3 Brazilian fingerboard blanks for sale. All three are plenty big for either banjo or guitar fingerboards. See the dimensions and prices on each board. Nice Brazilian is getting hard to find. These were in the US at least by the late 60's, and the raw boards showed typical circular saw marks like you'd see on older cut wood. They are nice straight grain and partially to fairly well quarter sawn. I traced a banjo fingerboard outline on them that I think would make best use of each board. They are all at least 0.190" thick and surfaced on two sides. The only thing I can fault them on are some light spots in the wood which can be partially missed depending on how you make your cuts. A little stain will help blend the colors of the lighter areas to match the dark wood. There are a couple of small worm holes that can be plugged with a piece of scrap. Like a friend told me once, if it doesn't have worm holes, it's not Brazilian! I'll be happy to give you an in hand description. Feel free to email with any questions. Thanks,
