I bought this from a young guy near by me, he had purchased it off a gentleman on this site. here is the original add banjohangout.org/classified/101122
This beautiful banjo is still in amazing shape, one tiny little nick on the fretboard at the 10th fret near the railroad spike. You cannot see it unless you l look very very hard. No other known issues, it looks and sounds amazing. I am making room for a 12" banjo and don't really have a need for a 13". Wife says one of them must go...
The pot assembly is from the late 1800's or early 1900's and the stainless steel outer shell is in great condition. Approx 10 hooks and nuts are not original. The goatskin head, 13" pot assembly and chunky neck give it a loud, deep/mellow voice. Includes a couple Billybilt bridges.
Local pickup/cash is fine, or I will ship with a gig bag.
