According to the original Gibson ledgers, this TB-7 original Flathead F1871-3 shipped in Sept. 1941 to a music store in Harlin KY where it was purchased and has remained in the general area until now. All of the normal Style 7 appointments are in place and in original fantastic condition. The tone ring is the normal high profile, full weight, "shiny face" with the full Mastertone decal in the rim and F.O.N. in the resonator and back of the tenor neck. The flange threads are stripped in 6 places with nuts on the bottom side which is very common. Also included in the sale is a new Prucha Top Tension flange (still in the box), and the original tenor neck and case. The 5-string neck installed was made by Clancy Mullins with the Bella Voce fret board inlay and the board is flat, not radiused. If you have any questions or desire additional pictures, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking.
