UPDATE: Chuck Ogsbury informed me this is an Ome XXX banjo built in the 70’s.
This gorgeous Ome model banjo was made in the 1970’s. This instrument features gloss stained maple resonator, ebony fingerboard with inlay, ebony peg head with decorative inlay and logo, maple neck and white bindings. The tone has that great volume, clarity and crack that bluegrass players are looking for. Includes Shubb 5th string capo and 2 Keith tuners, installed. As pictured, comes with original case.
