This is an original 1963 Gibson TB-250 (SN: 131506) 19 hole flat head converted to a 5 string with a torrefied mahogany neck & Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and Rickard Cyclone high ratio tuners. 1927 TB-1 three ply rim (8627-20) perfectly fitted to the original and highly sought after 19 hole Cooper foundry tone ring (first tone rings made after Star Brassworks of the prewar rings went out of business). The tail piece is a prewar Presto and the head is a pre-EPA Remo taken from an arch top but it will be setup to your preference. No case is included but can be purchased at actual price in order to ship but local pickup is preferred near Asheville, NC. There is a lot of information available about this banjo that may be too much for this listing so phone calls are preferred (PM for number). Price is $3800.00 or may consider trades. If it's still listed, it's still available so I won't respond to "Is it still available?" (which is usually just email collecting spam).
