This is a Pre Owned Version of the Recording King RKR76 Elite 5 string Banjo. This is all original and very clean with a nice and clean hardshell case.
Modeled after the original Mastertone banjos of the 1930's, the Recording King RK-Elite offers players vintage sound and handcrafted construction.
Professional components like a classic Mastertone-style tone ring and true steam-bent 3-ply maple rim put this banjo in a category by itself.
With classic design features like the vintage-style double-cut Recording King peghead and custom Hearts & Flowers-style inlay, this banjo proudly wears its historic heritage.
The 27-3/8" scale delivers extra punch, combining traditional sound and looks with modern power.

This has been professionally set up at the Banjo Warehouse in Atlanta Georgia. The head is a Remo frosted head and has been set to 90 on a drum dial. The bridge is a Snuffy Smith and is set with correct intonation. The strings are Hubers and set with nice action and this is fully adjustable. This is a serious business professional quality 5 string Bluegrass Banjo. This is set up and ready to go!!!
