1979 Stelling Super Star. The stained maple neck and resonator are dazzling. The wood finish and the metal hardware is almost flawless. The fret wear in minimal.
As were all Stelling models during this production period, the fingerboard is ebanol. It plays fast and silky smooth. Spikes at 7, 9, and 10.
The head is a Weather King drum dialed to 90. The bridge is a highly regarded Tim Purcell, 5/8" standard spacing.
The original case shows normal wear for the age. All latches and the handle are fine.
