I have been playin scruggs style for bout 4 years and have been messin around wtih some chromatic stuff...Are there ne sites i could go to to get some help or if nebody plays alot of chromatic style banjo please feel free to give me some advice

I don't know of any sites that deal exclusively in chormatic ( melodic) playing. There are a number of books available on the style...

The best way to learn it is to listen to melodic runs and figure them out for yourself by ear. There are programs that will slow down music. Melodic improvisation really requires you to be able to hear what you want to play before you play it. It's just like speaking.
The best picker is the one having the most fun.
